Join our weekly group mindfulness meditation practice. Instructions provided. Mindfulness practice is self-oriented and relational-oriented, with applications for daily life. If you are meditating regularly or have a conscious body-centred practice like Yoga, QiGong, or any kind of conscious movement, we’d very much like to have you practice with us!
